DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
1. Save Client Security Agent (CSA) You will be prompted to "Run" or "Save" the CSA software program. It is important to "Save" this program to your system (preferrably the "desktop") so you can easily find it later during the registration process, if necessary. Suggested Response: SAVE
When the "Save As' dialog box appears, select "Desktop" as the destination for the CSA program and then click "Save" 2. Run Client Security Agent (CSA) Once the download of the CSA program is complete you will be prompted to "Run", "Open Folder" or "Close". It is important to select "Run" so as to start the CSA program and begin the security scan.
If you do not see the message above look at the location (most likely the "Desktop") where you saved the CSA program. You will see the CSA icon. Double click the CSA icon.
3. Internet Explorer - Security Warning Some program types can be used to harm your computer. Internet Explorer now prompts you for approval to run the CSA program. This security warning is an increased security measure. Select "Run"
4. Running Client Security Agent (CSA) You will see several small information windows appear on your computer screen while the CSA program is running. Samples of those information windows are shown below.
5. Results For The CSA Compliance Test A report screen similar to one of the following images, showing either success or failure, will be dispayed on your computer at the conclusion of the compliance check. The first example below is representative of the report confirming that your computer successfully passed the compliance test. The second example below shows a typical screen for a system that failed to pass the W&L network compliance test. Example 1 below - Success
